MDC3 and the start of the Homicide Season!
We had a blast at MDC3 in Northampton, MA. Homicide skated against the Dirty Dozen, and although they won (DD 117, HCH 73), we’ll stomp them later when they come down to Hagerstown in August.
In the mean time here are some great pics, courtesy of Central Mass’ Jack Hammer’d and Cat Jalet-Andre. Pitchit also had a helmet cam filming the challenge bouts, those vids will be coming soon!

Harm City Defeats Tucson 190-59 in Denver!
On October 24, 2009, 7 members of the Harm City Homicide — Justice Feelgood Marshall, Virginia Slim, Sin Diesel, Quad Almighty, Gearhead, Magnificent Bastard and Hung Solo – went all the way to Denver, Colorado to take 11 members of Tucson’s Dry Heat Militia. Our small but mighty roster was dominant from the start and was up 89-39 at halftime on the way to a huge 190-59 win! Check out the full recap on Derby News Network.
Huge thanks to the Denver Roller Dolls for hosting our first out-of-region trip, to Angela Death and Friction Vixxxen for being kick-ass bench coaches, to Bill Ross for the amazing photography, and of course to the excellent Tucson boys for a hard-hitting good time. When you’re ready for a rematch, we’ll be waiting …

New York Stops Harm City, 56-35
In Homicide’s traditional 20-minute expo bout at the October 2009 Charm City championship bout, we faced off against the undefeated New York Shock Exchange at home for the first time since they schooled us 97-14 in our home debut in 2007. Although we took an early lead, we couldn’t pull out the win — but the 56-35 final was a hell of a lot closer than last time, and we’re fired up for our next meeting. Look out, NYSE … we’re almost there and 2010 is gonna be OUR year!
